General Policy

All memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are billed on a month-to-month basis.

Payments are due in advance and secure your access to services for the upcoming month.

Refunds are generally not provided once services have begun, except as outlined below.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged more than once for the same service.

Service Not Delivered: If the Provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the billing cycle.

Cancellation Before Service Start: If a client cancels membership before any services have been rendered for that month.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Partial use of services (e.g., unused posts or consultations).

Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes such as engagement levels or follower growth.

Cancellations made after services have already been delivered.
Process for Requesting a Refund

Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Florida state and federal courts.
