Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, purchasing memberships, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws under the State of Florida.

 

Services Provided

Digital Lux Management LLC offers:

• Social media management

• Content creation

• Analytics-based strategy development

• Event and brand management services

Membership tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are subject to separate service agreements and pricing.

 

Memberships & Payments

• Memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis.

• Payments are due in advance by the 5th of each month.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

• Memberships renew automatically unless canceled with 15 days’ written notice.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.

• Maintain access credentials and brand assets securely.

• Communicate changes or cancellations promptly.

• Treat Company staff with professionalism and respect.

 

Intellectual Property

• All original content created by Digital Lux Management LLC remains the property of the Company until full payment is received.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use content for their business purposes.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of Company materials is prohibited.

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including business strategies, client data, and proprietary materials, unless disclosure is required by law.

 

Limitation of Liability

• Digital Lux Management LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Results may vary depending on market conditions, platform algorithms, and client participation.

 

Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days’ written notice.

• Outstanding payments for services rendered are due immediately upon termination.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

 

Amendments

Digital Lux Management LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
